Shipping Policy


We use Australia Post and Sendle to ship our orders. The below table refers to delivery to metropolitan areas in your State/Territory. Please allow a further 2 business days for all rural areas within your State/Territory. Please refer to your State/Territory to determine when your order may be received as per our courier timeframe.

All Australian orders over $100 receive free shipping 

Standard shipping is at a flat rate of $10

Express shipping is at a flat rate of $15



VIC, TAS, SA 2-4 business days
ACT, NSW, QLD 4-6 business days 
WA, NT 8-12 business days 



VIC, TAS, SA 1-2 business days 
ACT, NSW, QLD 2-3 business days  
WA, NT 4-6 business days


Calculating your delivery

For example, if your order is placed on a Monday prior to 12.00pm, your order will be processed by no later than Wednesday 12.00pm. Our couriers would then arrive for collection by no later than Wednesday 5.00pm to commence delivery of those orders and delivery timeframe commences at the time processing time has been finalised. A further 2 business days is added for all rural areas. 



We also offer international shipping at a flat rate of $20 AUD to the following countries: 

United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States.

Confirmation of Order Delivery
You will receive an email from us with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note, if you do not provide an email address, we are unable to provide you with your tracking number this. Please contact us directly for your tracking details via our contact link. All items are provided to you at your provided address in a safe location. If there is nowhere for our courier to safely leave your item, your item may be provided to your nearest post office/depot for collection by you and you will be notified by our courier service.

Lost/damaged packages 
If you believe your item has not been received due to no fault of ours, please liaise directly with the appropriate courier service providing them with your tracking details. At our discretion, we can assist you once communication has been made by you directly to the appropriate courier service to assist in the recovery or rectify the issue. However, we are unable to initiate any action on your behalf to our courier services. 

Orders taking longer than usual 
We are unable to control the logistics of courier services as we use a third party service. If you believe your order is taking longer than usual, please liaise directly with the assigned courier service providing them with your tracking details. Any enquiries regarding courier service is the responsibility of the customer as once our item has left our facility, it is then the responsibility of the courier service. 

My order says it has arrived but I do not have it. 
Any enquiries regarding the location of your item which is deemed to have been delivered by us and the responsible courier service, must be lodged with the courier service engaged. Unfortunately, we are unable to rectify this as the customer needs to open up a dispute with the appropriate courier service.
